Hello everyone. My name is Daisuke. I was born in Takamatsu, part of Kagawa Prefecture in Shikoku. I have visited diverse countries, and have received lots of heartwarming kindness from strangers during the trips. People’s goodwill through travels has helped myself to evolve, so I would like to pass on to everyone about this. I believe that travel can enrich your life, and that is why I started this business. My hobbies are surfing and baseball. I think surfing, baseball, and traveling have many things in common. For example, whenever you would confront a big wave, if you have the courage, experience, and knowledge, nothing could obstruct you. Furthermore, like in a baseball game with two outs in the ninth innings, there is still a chance for a walk-off home run.Journey is an embodiment of life. Unexpected things can happen and you get to meet wonderful people. And a big chance and random encounters could only happen once. Even if you had negative impressions or thought it was meaningless, you could try to imagine those events in a positive way from now on, and enjoy your trip and life. The reception of Traditional Apartment which is our main area, has a traditional Japanese style.

Traditional Apartment is a Guest House wich has been established in August 2015. It is located in the center of Takamatsu, 1 minute by feet from the Kawaramachi-Station. It is told, that Takamatsu is a city of craftsmen. When the house was built about 60 years ago, a lot of painting-craftsmen were living in these apartments. But in the following centuries when cars and public transports were coming up, the craftsmen moved away from the city center and began to live in the urban towns. The owner, who is born and raised in Takamatsu, created Traditional Apartment with a lot of love and passion. He wanted to make it a nice place where a lot of people will stay like they did in the past.

It is a minute walk to Kawaramachi station, the center of Takamatsu City. Also, within a five-minute walk to the downtown area and a minute walk to the bus stop for the airport. It is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
