Welcome to U-house Shonan! Our property is a private vacation rental where you can book an entire two-story house all to yourself. Whether you are staying with family or a group, or enjoying a relaxing time as a couple or solo traveler, you can enjoy your stay exactly the way you like! Plus, with our convenient self-check-in system, there is no need to worry about your arrival time! There are two double beds in the 1st-floor bedroom, and two double sofa beds in the 2nd-floor living room. This property accommodates up to 4 adults, or up to 6 guests including children. (Additionally, up to 2 infants can stay free of charge without being included in the guest count.) The house is fully equipped with towels, amenities, 2 air conditioners (heating/cooling), 2 electric fans, an automatic washer-dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, a bidet toilet, a TV (Terrestrial TV + Google TV), and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also a desk space suitable for remote work. On a clear day, you can even catch a small view of Mt. Fuji from the window! For those who wish to cook during their stay, the kitchen includes a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. There is a supermarket right in front of our property, making it very convenient to get groceries. A convenience store (7-Eleven) is also just a 4-minute walk away. The nearest station is Kugenuma Station on the Enoden Line, located just a 6-minute walk away. This makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the Enoshima/Kamakura areas, as well as the Fujisawa/Ofuna areas. In addition, Katase Beach, Kugenuma Beach, Enoshima Station, and the Enoshima Aquarium are all within about a 20-minute walk. There is a supermarket right in front of our property, making it very convenient to get groceries. A convenience store (7-Eleven) is also just a 4-minute walk away. Since the surrounding roads are mostly flat, getting around by bicycle is also a breeze. We offer 2 exclusive mini-bicycles for you to rent for free! If you are coming by car, please use the nearby coin-operated parking lots. The surrounding area is dotted with stylish cafes, bakeries, and burger restaurants, and it is also a beautiful place where you can experience the rich nature of each season.
