1階にツインルーム、2階にシングルルームと和室（布団とマットレス３組）がございます。合計６名ご宿泊可能です。トイレと洗面は１階と２階に、浴室は１階にございます。キッチンには調理器具や食器、トースター、冷蔵庫、電子レンジもございます。TVは地上波は映りませんが、YouTubeはお楽しみいただけます。Villa Graceの後ろの砂利道をまっすぐお進みになると信玄棒道に突き当たります。右折して３０分ほど歩くと女取湧水から流れる沢に辿り着きます。往復１時間、森林浴たっぷりのお散歩タイムになります。
道の駅、延命の湯まで車で５、６分。
