“前日の急な宿泊申し込みに応えてもらえ、助かりありがたかった。チェックインが時間ギリギリになってしまったけど、丁寧に対応してもらえた。大浴場は、熱い湯とすこしぬるい湯が隣り合わせで､ぬるめに慣らして、熱めで温まって上がり、気持ち良かった。食事は土地のものを巧みに使っていて､大変満足した。スタッフの目配りと柔らかな対話ぶりに感心した。前もって水に浸けた茶葉を使って淹れてもらうお茶はとても美味しく、家族にも紹介した。”
