Jian is a renovated traditional Japanese house located just 3 minutes on foot from Okayama Station. While it is very close to the station, the house is tucked away in a quiet residential area, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful stay. The house features tatami rooms, a small Japanese garden, and a modern bathroom, blending traditional atmosphere with modern comfort. Artwork created by my mother, who loves painting and art, is displayed throughout the house, creating a warm and unique space where guests can feel the spirit of Japanese culture. Jian is ideal for families, friends, and travelers who want to experience an authentic Japanese home while enjoying convenience and comfort.

I renovated this house with the hope of creating a place where guests can truly relax and feel at ease. I value my guests’ privacy, but I am always happy to help if you have any questions or need recommendations during your stay. My greatest wish is for you to enjoy your time in Okayama safely, comfortably, and at your own pace.
Jian is located in a convenient and friendly neighborhood near Okayama Station. A convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are many local restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. Major sightseeing spots such as Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden can be reached within 15 minutes by public transportation. The area is quiet at night, making it perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing, while still offering easy access to transportation for day trips.
