Armaan B&B Diani has recently been renovated with new facilities in each room. The hotel was founded in 2021, and is owned by a local friendly member of the Diani community.

Armaan B&B Diani is Diani's best affordable accommodation. We are centrally located in the heart of Diani on the main beach road, next to Tandoori Restaurant, located only 300m (5 min) walk to one of the best beaches in Africa. That makes us the closest budget hotel to the beach in all of Diani. Nothing could be sweeter. We have three types of rooms, all which are large with en-suite bathrooms. Standard is the basic room, Kitchen has a kitchenette and AirCon has both kitchenette and air conditioning. Each room also has a seating area. The top floor boasts Diani's best sunset view, overlooking the beautiful forest with views of Shimba Hills in the distance. There is no better place in Diani to enjoy a cool drink in the afternoon. The shopping center nearby has a safari tour office, boutique and tailoring services, and multiple eateries. The property has cameras and security systems alarms and a 24 hr front desk so you can check in anytime. Lastly, the hotel staff are seasoned hospitality veterans who look forward to welcoming you and guiding you to the best experiences on the beach.

Located on Diani Beach road, Armaan B&B Diani has a fantastic neighborhood. On one side the neighborhood is residential, and a full service grocery store/supermarket (Chandarana) is located just 1km on the Diani Beach Road.
