Hi there! I’m Brian.
What I love most about hosting is the incredible opportunity it gives me to connect with people from all different walks of life. There is something truly special about learning about a new culture through the eyes of my guests and, in return, introducing them to the vibrant beauty and warmth of my own.
For me, hosting is about much more than just providing a place to stay—it’s about curating memories. I love creating a space where you can truly settle in and relax,.

Imagine waking up to the gentle rustle of palm leaves and golden light filtering through sheer white drapes. Here at Diani Luxe, the day doesn't start with an alarm; it begins with the slow, warm rhythm of the coast.
Step out onto the cool tiled floors of your bedroom. The handcrafted wooden canopy bed, layered with soft neutral linens and a chunky knit throw, is a sanctuary you’ll be tempted to linger in. Maybe you’ll pull up a chair in the cozy reading nook, wrapping yourself in a blanket with a fresh cup of local tea as the morning breeze rolls in.
As the sun rises, the villa comes alive. The architecture is a striking, clean white against the brilliant blue sky, but inside, everything feels soft and earthy. We’ve styled the spaces in a Swahili-chic theme—blending organic warmth with coastal ease. You'll find yourself relaxing on wooden sofas with plush cream cushions, surrounded by terracotta pots of green palms and natural jute rugs that feel good under bare feet.
Later in the day, the shimmering pool is the heart of the home. Dive into the cool, turquoise water, or simply lounge on the striped deck chairs with a book. When you get hungry, the outdoor kitchen is ready for shared meals and easy conversation.
As evening falls, the vibe softens. Woven rattan pendant lamps and delicate string lights cast a warm, golden glow across the rooms. It’s the perfect time to open a cold drink, listen to the ambient sounds of the night, and just talk.
Staying here isn't about checking into a hotel; it's about finding a home that breathes with the ocean. It’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and simply be. We can't wait to share this slice of paradise with you
Neighborhood info
Welcome to Galu Diani—our little corner of paradise. When you stay at Diani Luxe, you’re not just checking into a property; you’re stepping into the gentle, unhurried rhythm of coastal life.
Galu Beach is the quieter, more serene side of the famous Diani coastline. It's where the white sands feel wider, the turquoise waters seem a bit clearer, and the breeze carries the scent of salt and palms without the noise of the crowds. The ocean is just a brief, easy 5-minute stroll from your doorstep, making it effortless to walk down whenever the water calls.
A typical day here begins with bare feet on the cool sand as the sun rises. If you are feeling adventurous, Galu is a world-renowned haven for kitesurfing. You can jump on a traditional wooden dhow to sail out to the sandbanks, snorkel among vibrant coral reefs, or take a day trip to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park to watch dolphins play. Keep an eye on the trees, too—the rare Angolan Colobus monkeys love swinging through the leafy canopy here.
When you want to eat out, the neighborhood has some of the coast’s best culinary gems. For a laid-back, toes-in-the-sand vibe, head over to The Salty Squid at Kenyaways for fresh seafood and cold drinks. If you are looking for a special evening, Sails Beach Bar & Restaurant offers beautiful, sail-like architecture right on the beach, while the famous Ali Barbour’s Cave Restaurant lets you dine under the stars inside a candlelit, ancient coral cave.
But mostly, staying here is about slowing down. It’s about coming back to your sanctuary at Diani Luxe after a day in the sun, cooling off in the pool, and listening to the wind rustling through the palms. It’s a lived experience of ease, warmth, and coastal hospitality. We can't wait for you to make it your own
