When we are not on site, we rent out the space to offer other families the same relaxation. 100% of the rental income goes towards the renovation and expansion. Note: Due to numerous customer requests, we have removed the flat rate costs for air conditioning from the booking fees. There are many guests who did not want to use air conditioning at all and complained that they had to pay for it. These are therefore billed separately at 25KSH per KWH. For example, if you stay one night and cool at night from 8 PM - 8 AM, that would be: 660 KSH. There is now an internet connection with 150 MBit via Starlink, so it is flat rate and fast.

By loving this country ourself, we decided to create us a permanent home when we are around.

We are direct at the Congoriver, one of the nicest Places at Diani Beach. The beach is only 5 Minutes away by feet and can be seen from the balconi. A small Supermarket and Restaurants are some Minutes away. For Families who prefer Europan Products there exist a CarreFour at the junction.
