My name is Kyial. I am the hostess of the guest house. I like my job. Every year, I am trying to improve or built something original in our small ethno house Caravan Tamchy. We work only seasonally, during the summer months, however, it is a great honor for me to host guests from different countries and continents and get to know them with kyrgyz culture. Our main purpose is by using environmentally friendly (eco) materials and handiwork everywhere including decorating our home with the famous Batken, Leilek carpets and Kyrgyz shyrdaks (felt carpet), having built a two-story stone and wooden boz uy (yurt), we want to acquaint guests with the culture and traditions of the Kyrgyz people.

Good day to all! Our ethno guesthouse Caravan Tamchy is built from environmentally friendly (eco) materials. All our rooms are decorated in the national style with environmentally friendly natural wood (pine, larch) without varnish and paint, and our yard is decorated with natural field, mountain and river stones brought from all seven regions of Kyrgyzstan. All furniture of the guest house, patterns on wood, carpets and rugs are made by hand, i.e. almost everything in our ethno guest house is HANDMADE. I would like to note that we have a simple village ethno house built with love, in which you can see and feel a small part of the culture and life of the Kyrgyz people. Our guest house has a two-storied stone-wooden national Kyrgyz yurt, on the first floor of which there is a place for breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests, and on the second floor there is a real yurt for visiting, photographing and just to get acquainted with guests. We are for a natural and ecological holiday for guests !!! P.S. It should also be noted that the prices are set in US dollars and we only accept cash, but you can also pay in kyrgyz national currency - Som or in another currency (Euro, Ruble or Tenge) at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan for the day of check-in or check-out.

Our guest house Caravan Tamchy is located 220 km from the city of Bishkek and 4 km from Issyk-Kul (Tamchy) Airport in Tamchy village. According to the wishes of the guests, we organize transfers to Issyk-Kul Airport (Tamchy) and Manas international airport ( Bishkek) or meet guests at the airport. The city of Cholpon-Ata is located at a distance of 30 km from Tamchy. In the village of Tamchy, you can organize tours to the petroglyph museum, the Rukh Ordo open-air museum located in the city of Cholpon Ata (30 km from Tamchy). You can also visit the beaches of various boarding houses,resorts? hot mineral springs in the village of Chok-Tal (5 km from Tamchy), the Salt Lake on the southern shore, the Grigoryevskoye and Semenovskoye gorges, a trout farm in the mountains and more. Our guest house is located 300 meters from the lake or 3-5 min walk. Tamchy village beach has almost all water attractions, including a steam plane, banana trampolines, scooters and boats.
