“去的時候因為搭最後一班船(18:00)，原本的天津港無法停靠只能在比較遠的港口下船，但因這次意外又是國外旅客無法電聯，所以當時連繫不上旅館，港口租車店與店家全都休息了，只好全家拖著行李走40分鐘抵達飯店，抵達時店員知道後非常驚訝也努力地對我們擠出中文說：「辛苦了!」那一瞬間我們有感覺釋放了那40分鐘的辛苦，進到房間後發現真的非常舒適寬敞且乾淨，完全超乎想像，櫃台服務員態度也非常親切讓我們感覺倍受安心，雖然在牛島這一晚遇到大風大雨也無法環島玩，隔天早上決定先回本島詢問櫃檯是否有接駁車可以送到...”

“직원분들 모두 친절하고 응대가 좋았습니다. 객실도 넓고 바다 성산일출봉 전망이 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 청소나 침구 청결을 중요시 하는데, 제가 느끼기엔 관리가 잘되어있어 만족스러웠습니다. 단품으로 구성된 조식도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 훈데르트 바서파크와 산책로 및 성산일출봉 전망 카페 등이 있어서, 가볍게 산책하며 즐기기에도 좋았습니다. 기상악화로 배가 결항 되었을때도, 고객을 위한 유연한 대처가 정말 최고였습니다.”
