Must-know information for guests at this property

Please note that maintenance work of the water park, Infinity pool, and Jjimjilbang (Korean Sauna) will be carried out from March 4, 2026 to March 20, 2026.

Only the indoor water park will be open on March 21, 2026 to April 30, 2026.

Both Indoor and outdoor facilities are open on May 1, 2026 to October 11, 2026.

The facilities are open 10:00 to 07:00.

Please note that the Canopy Facility Improvement work will be carried out from September 1st to December 31st, 2026. From 09:00 to 18:00, some rooms may be affected by noise.

Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of KRW 10,000 per person.

Towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge as follows:

Face towel: 1,000 KRW per towel

Bath towel: 3,000 KRW per towel

Please note that the infinity pool is closed from 01/09/2026 to 31/12/2026 due to resort construction.

The water park is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.

Guests receive complimentary access to the jjimjilbang when purchasing a water park ticket.

Please note that use of rental costumes will incur an additional charge of KRW 3,000.

Reservations are required for dinner at THE GAWOO indoor BBQ.
