Blackpool complex is among the best located and best maintained properties in Trincomalee - It boasts an ample amenity package. * Directly overlooking the Dutch Bay which is a robust family recreational area -it pairs breathtaking views of Trincos waterfront. . No direct sea view from villa. * Situated in close proximity to : **Koneswwar Temple (1Km) **Trinco Main Town ( 1.5 km) ** Cargils Food City (2 km) Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
Roshan comes from an entrepreneurial family. His grandfathers ASM Jesiah and ASM Jeganathan were the prime business leaders in Trincomalee in 1960’s for few decades. With the riots of 1983 his family lost all businesses in Trincomalee and moved to Tamil Nādu, India as refugees. Roshan migrated to Canada and worked for high tech companies like BlackBerry, Sonos and now in startups. With the war over in Sri Lanka he is focusing on developing Trinco. As part of that journey his first investment is on Blackpool complex which houses high end villas, restaurant, ice cream parlour. Roshan loves the beach, beachwalks, hikes, wine and leisure activities when not working.
Dutch bay is the best beach in town along with easy walks to Koneswara temple, town and Kali kovil.
