Facing Indian Ocean this beach villa is located in a quiet fishing area away from the buzzling Negombo town. This one bed room beach villa is situated by the beach with beautiful sea view, this is built on more than 1/2 acres land. The villa comprises of a bedroom with a queen bed and other amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, foyer area rest and relax with sea breeze and a spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view. Facilities AC Hot and Cold water Parking space 12 km from International airport. Walking distance to the sea bathing area Mora Wala Beach.
