Welcome to Dorian Guest House & Restaurant in Gurubebila, just a few steps from the ocean and one of the best surf stretches on Sri Lanka’s south coast. Our place is small, relaxed and personal – a home base for surfers, couples and travellers who like a friendly, local vibe. The rooms are simple, comfortable and clean, with good beds, fans or AC, fast Wi‑Fi and hot showers. Most have a balcony or terrace where you can chill after the beach. We keep things easy: no loud parties, just good music, good food and a calm atmosphere. Every stay includes a complimentary breakfast, with fresh local fruit, eggs, smoothies and other favourites to get you ready for the day. For guests who book more than 4 nights, we also offer a complimentary 20‑minute massage at our on‑site massage space – a small thank you for staying longer with us. From Dorian it is easy to reach Weligama Bay for beginner waves, Mirissa’s beaches and nightlife, or the historic Galle Fort (about 20–30 minutes by tuk‑tuk or car), as well as local yoga studios and small cafés in the area. In the evenings guests enjoy walking to nearby local restaurants and coming back to a peaceful guest house with just the sound of the ocean at night.
