Our staff are all employed locally in a conscious effort to build positive relationships with the community we live and work in. We provide on site training for our staff and encourage ideas and suggestions on how to do things.

Property info

The rooms are located directly on the beach, all ground level, within an enclosed and secure beach garden. We have a beach side Restaurant TONIC with a deck overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean.

Neighborhood info

Uppuveli is 5kms from Trincomalee town and 8kms from Nilaveli. There are many Hindu and Buddhist temples and shrines in the area, the most famous being the Koneswaran Hindu Kovil at Swami Rock reached through Fort Frederick, the largest Dutch fort on the island. Deer are commonplace in Trincomalee and often seen in the town. Trincomalee is a major port city of the Eastern Province, boasting one of the largest and deepest natural harbours in the world. The area is also home to the Kanniya Hot Springs made up of 7 wells of varying temperature used in religious rites.
