Fully furnished newly built apartment located in a very calm and peaceful residential area about 200 m from Kiribathgoda town where all urban facilities such as, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores, etc. available. Distance to Colombo city is about 7 km and distance to Colombo international airport is only 20 min drive. We have two separate apartments, each one with 2 air conditioned bed rooms, 1 private bath room with hot & cold water, large living area, kitchen with pantry, fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, utensils, cutleries, bread toaster. electric kettle. Flat screen TV in living area with sofa. Clothes washing machine, drying rack rack & open drying area, Balconies. Bed linen and bath towels provided for each room. Free Wi-fi Open roof top terrace common for two apartments, One free parking space is available within premises for each apartment
