Kithulvilla is an elegant, Colonial style extended family home, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful mountain views offering a unique hideaway where comfort & elegance, homeliness and professionalism exist effortlessly side-by-side. Originally built in 1800s, this bungalow has undergone extensive renovation to meet the expectations of discerning guests without sacrificing its charm and originality. Specious and inviting all rooms are tastefully furnished in warm brown tones with traditional flooring and natural wooden furniture which creates classically styled, authentic accommodation which retains the feel at a Traditional Srilankan Home.

I am Lata proprietor of Kithulvilla Holiday Bungalow, an ancestral home now using as a Holiday Home,which has a great demand from foreign guests and Local guests. Lived in Europe (UK) for over 30yrs and now spend most of my time in Kithulgala. Loved living with nature, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful, breathtaking mountain views. I enjoy travelling locally, and to explore far eastern countries.

The location of the Bungalow is just 10 miniuts drive from the small town called Kithulgala, which is an important destination for adventure and eco tourism in Sri Lanka. The climate here rated as one of the best in the country. Kithulgala sits idyllically amidst rolling hills carpeted by lush Vegetation in multiple, eye soothing hues of Green on the banks of much loved Kalani River. Adventure lovers often visits Kithulgala to enjoy white water rafting on the tumbling waters of the Kalani River for which conditions are arguably the best in Srilanka,
