• KK Beach is a chic and contemporary beachfront boutique hotel on Habaraduwa’s sensational two-kilometre-long palm-fringed beach, 12-kilometres from the World Heritage City of Galle. • Each of the hotel’s stylish bedrooms overlook the Indian Ocean and are furnished with high quality custom designed pieces and striking works of contemporary Sri Lankan art. • On the ground floor is an open plan restaurant serving delicious fusion cuisine and a bar, which both spill onto an emerald palm-shaded lawn home to an inviting 20-metre swimming pool. • A simple cinnamon wood fence is all that separates the garden from the long golden beach.

• Galle is just 30-minutes’ drive away and is a particular highlight for its colonial fort., which was first established by the Portuguese in the 16th century, yet added to in succeeding years by the Dutch and British, and designated a World Heritage Site in 1988. Today, the fort’s atmospheric streets are flanked by magnificent villas, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.
