Welcome to our home in the beautiful, green middle of Sri Lanka. The house is situated in the environmental friendly village of Ruwanwella. Around the house there are lots of trees and plants, always you can see monkeys and chipmunks are jumping on the trees. There are three bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. My place is excellent for couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids). You can relax on the balcony or in our garden with fish and ducks. If you fancy some adventure, roam around the jungle and you will find beautiful rice fields as well as huge palm trees and hidden waterfalls to cool down. Need to get some work done?- take place with your Computer in our quiet living area. For shopping or some cultural experience, you can have an easy walk of 10 min into town. Key Highlights for Our Location: -Perfectly situated in the middle of the Colombo-Kandy route, offering a convenient base to explore Sri Lanka. Proximity to Key Destinations: 1 hour and 30 minutes from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). 2 hours to Kandy, the sacred city of Sri Lanka. 2 hours and 30 minutes to Nallatanniya, the starting point of Adam’s Peak, the greatest and most holy hike in the country. Nearby Attractions: Kitulgala White Water Rafting: Only 30 km away (approx. 50 minutes). Olu Ella Waterfall: Just 50 minutes (25 km) away, known as the fifth largest and one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Sri Lanka. Tuk-tuk rides with friendly local drivers from our village can be arranged for your convenience.
The first floor of the house is where my family lives. Someone is always at home, so if you have any questions or you need any help, you just need to ask :)
