Kumara Villa comfortably sleeps a maximum 6 adults in 3 Kingsize bedrooms and up to 2 additional guests can be added on a triple room shared basis, extra charges apply for additional guests depending on age. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and large outdoor terraces. The large open plan living space with floor to ceiling bi-fold doors and windows opens onto tropical gardens and an outdoor deck with outdoor seating, sun lounges, sun umbrellas and a 50ft saltwater infinity edge pool. Kumara Villa is conveniently located 2 km from Weligama township. Tranquil Mirissa Beach is also only 2 km away, while Galle Fort is a beautiful 30 km drive. Colombo city and Bandaranaike International Airport are approximately 145 km can be reached using the A2 Expressway, travel time to Kumara is just under 2 hours depending on place and time of departure.

Frequently Asked Questions How many guests can we book for?? We offer three double rooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults. We are happy to accept a minimum of 1 guest or a maximum of 8 guests, please note 8 guests will be accommodated in triple share rooms with a single bed being added to existing bedrooms - extra charges apply depending on ages. We also have cots available for babies. Will there be other guests on the property? Because you privately rent the whole property, and we do not rent by the room you will have private use of the villa regardless of the number of guests in your booking. (No other guests will be there during your stay). Are there staff on the property? We provide 3 local ladies during your stay who will do the housework and cook if required, we also have a staff member who speaks very good English who will help you with your daily food selection for your stay, he will go out each day to buy your groceries from the local supermarket so you only pay for what you eat the cost will vary depending on your meal choices. During your stay the following staff will be at the villa a full-time caretaker and gardener, full time housekeepers/cooks, full time night watchmen and a full-time guest manager. Our staff are all from the local area and none of them have worked anywhere else except for us.
