This Luxury 3 bedroom 2 bath gated residence is located off Manipay road in Uduvil. The house is equipped with 4 high efficiency dual inverter LG air conditioning units to maintain a crisp climate control through the entire house. Both bathrooms and kitchen have hot and cold water. The large master bedroom has an in suite bathroom. The other two 12ft X 12ft bedrooms share a bathroom down a hallway. The master has a large king size bed and the guest room have 2 double beds each. The house can accommodate 6 people. All water is provided from a well on the property and supplied to the faucets at constant pressure with the use of automatic pressure pumps. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner dual-fuel cook top and a baking oven. All the essentials cookware and tableware are provided for party of 6 people. Guest are welcome to cook and eat local meat, sea food, and produce. There is an outdoor BBQ area and wood burning stove for guest to relax and experience traditional cooking. The patio and back yard can be used to relax or entertain.

We love Jaffna. Three generations of our family lived in Uduvil. Like many people, we immigrated to the US in 1989. Currently we are settled in the State of Texas. Texas is known as the "Lone Star State". Thus the name of this home, Lone Star Residence. This residence was built as personal getaway for our family. Therefore priority was placed on comfort and safety. While we are not occupying the house, we like to offer the house up to guest who travel to Jaffna and value comfort. The house has 4 high efficiency AC units. These AC units combined gives a feel of having a central AC system. Jaffna can get extremely hot in certain months. Having a comfortable and reliable AC system is paramount to enjoying the stay. We also have 5 beds with high-end pillow top mattresses. All sheets are and pillows are hyper alginic cotton materials. We also have a washer and dryer for the convenience of long term guest. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.
