Very modern and well decorated 1st floor studio apartments which are located with walk-on access to one of Sri Lanka's most stunning natural beaches and Indian Ocean offering magnificent views from the balcony.
Hot water is heated by solar plus for added comfort there is air conditioning There is also a small kitchen with a fridge.
The owner Priyantha lives on the ground floor with his wife and 2 children. The owners wife prepares and serves a delightful breakfast and if required dinner for a moderate charge.
Situated in the town of Habaraduwa being 2 minutes walk to the main line railway station and bus stand. There is a local mini market shop, wine shop together with various shops all within walking distance.
Close by places of interest (by tuc tuc, bus and railway) include The Dutch Fort in Galle, Koggala Lake, 2 Turtle Hatcheries and Koggala Folk Museum. For those who know the British made television program called The Good Karma Hospital is filmed on location here in Unawatuna being approximtely 7 kilometres from Habaraduiwa.
