Nethu Freedom Cottage is a local family run guesthouse, with a Sri Lankan charm. Close by to many sites such as, local beach and surf spot, Buddhist temples & terrific local food.

I have lived in the same area of Midigama, Sri Lanka for all of my life and take great joy in sharing my country with others via my guesthouse. I like spending time with my family and taking walks with my youngest child to the beach.

Sri Lanka as a country is an amazing place, full of life. Midigama has a lot of special things to offer particularly, such as a great local community, very friendly local people, fantastic traditional Sri Lankan food and some of the areas best Surf spots all within walking distance! There are also many Buddhist temples hidden away within the jungle areas of Midigama, it is a beautiful place.
