Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which was built within the last year. The living and dining area comes fully furnished with a sofa set and a dining table. A spacious kitchen allows you to easily cook. The Master bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and dressing table. This property is ideally located within a local community, as well as allowing quick and easy access to Colombo city center. The ground floor of the house is rented to a friendly local family for security reasons, while the top floor has a private side entrance. The property itself is fully gated allowing you to have peace of mind during your stay.

Hi my name is siluna, we recently built this lovely home in Peliyagoda srilanka as a holiday home for when we come, we only come around once a year so we decided to rent it out for the rest of the time.
