Our exceptionally large luxury villa is built on half an acre of land overlooking the Negombo lagoon and we warmly welcome our guests to enjoy this private and peaceful setting with ample space to entertain and capable of sleeping up to eight guests.

Our caretaker Nasmeer has been accommodating and servicing guests now for many years and is truly delighted to welcome guests from all parts of the world and ensure that they have a pleasant and memorable stay. He also arranges special tours for our guests to see all parts of the country so just go talk to him about it and he can arrange it.

The villa is set in a completely quiet and peaceful area, which makes it an ideal place to relax and catch that tan! Once you’ve had enough of relaxing there is plenty to do on the lagoon and around town.
