Lovely living area and big balcony with more sunlight make you relaxing. Guest can use entire villa, Sofas, and living area to make you comfortable. Separate Guests access to the villa. Dining table available for guest’s use. Additional seating available in balcony area and living area. Breakfast is free. More than 2 days booking, we will provide local breakfast on request. We can provide various delicious mouth watering Homemade Sri Lankan cuisines for lunch and dinner on your request. Menu is available in the Villa. NB-We accept guests with children. But please note that we prefer to accommodate children age 7 Years and Older. Also we strongly recommend to observe children’s activities by Parents/ Guardians during their stay.

Only 100 meters to Colombo main road. 15 minutes drive from Airport. 10 minutes walk to beautiful Negombo Lagoon. (which is one of the most attractive landmarks of Negombo) 10 Minutes drive to Negombo beach, town and traditional fresh fish market (called “Lellama”) 5 -10 Min drive to Main Bus and Rail Station and around many Restaurant, Bars, Spas, Night clubs, all super markets and garment shopping centers and local shops. We can arrange airport pick-ups and drop off for a reasonable price. Guide and arrange other tours in Negombo area on request. (Lagoon Boat trip/ diving / fishing from the shore/ Mora Wala and Beach Park are very interesting places) Also including Sri Lanka tour for any destination at your request. Transport around Negombo area can be arranged at any time at reasonable rate. Tuk Tuk is available at any time. Also other budget taxi services with cars and vans on your request.
