You will be the only guests, owner using 2nd floor of the house rarely. !Pets are not allowed!

The house is located in a lovely village Melnsils. Neighborhood is quite, green and perfectly suitable for a nice relaxation. You can go for a walk in the forest, do mushroom and berry picking, walk to the beach, buy freshly smoked fish from neighbors. Local grocery shop is 2-3 min walking distance, there you can find both food and hygiene, cleaning products. The garden of the house is fully surrounded by a fence (therefore safe for kids to run around), has a large and green backyard, sandbox and swings. A nice terrace is at the main entrance.
