Holiday house with two apartments right on the seafront, just 20 meters from the white sandy beach. An ideal place for a romantic getaway for two, a family vacation, or a stay with a group of friends.
The building’s two floors are designed as separate, spacious apartments with private entrances: Apartment Engure BeachHouse (the entire ground floor) and Apartment Engure BeachHouse Loft (the entire loft floor with a terrace).
Engure BeachHouse is an old fisherman’s homestead located on the very first line of the Gulf coastline. The residential building has recently been fully renovated, preserving its historic charm while adapting it for the comfort of guests. The center of Engure village and the yacht marina are about 1.5 kilometers away.
Within the private territory of Engure BeachHouse, you can always hear the soothing sound of the sea and the gentle lapping of the waves. This is a place to enjoy sea views in blissful peace directly from the courtyard or the panoramic terrace. You can refresh yourself in the waters of the Gulf of Riga just a few steps away, or breathe in the invigorating seaside air while walking along the sandy beach or the coastal pine forest trails. A shipping lane stretches along the horizon, white yacht sails glide in the distance, and swans play in the coastal waves.

The property Engure Beach House is located about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Engure village and the yacht marina. In the village center, you will find grocery stores, several stylish cafés and restaurants, as well as a public beach with a surf school. Nearby, there is also a local farmers’ and fishermen’s market where you can buy fresh and smoked fish directly from local fishermen.
The nearest towns — Tukums and Jūrmala — offer a wide range of services, including supermarkets, museums, cultural venues, and medical care.
