Sveiki! Hello! I'm a New Zealand-born Latvian who lived in Rīga, then moved permanently to Liepāja, where I am growing a holiday accommodation business. Liepāja is not a big city, but we have everything here, and there are so many opportunities for business people, creative types, or people just wanting some relaxation by the sea. Apartment Eva is in a residential building with only three other apartments, and offers peace, security, and privacy. The central location means that you will be only minutes from the best Liepāja has to offer! Apartment Eva is fresh and modern, equipped with the comforts of home. The décor has been thoughtfully chosen, to give a calm, warm, and light and bright atmosphere. You only need to bring a suitcase and a few groceries, because we provide most of what you need for a comfortable stay. A new 50'' Samsung smart TV means you can log in to your favourite subscriptions, and watch in the comfort of the TV nook. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, rangehood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Plenty of new crockery, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and pots and pans are provided. If you're travelling with an infant, we can make up the portable cot for you. Our guests comment about how relaxing their stay is at Apartment Eva, and that's exactly what we're going for. We want you to be comfortable, and feel like you're in your home away from home - except we do the cleaning and laundry! Just bring your suitcase and a few groceries, and enjoy your stay!

Within five minutes' walk of most of the city centre, and a 20-25 minute stroll from the fabulous Liepājas pludmale (Liepāja Beach), the location is fantastic! Head east on foot for 10-15 minutes, and you'll be at Liepājas ezers (Liepāja Lake), and the canal is a 10 minute walk north. The Rimi Mini supermarket is a 2 minute walk away, and the famous Rožu laukums, (Rose Square), where the large Kurzeme shopping mall is located, is a 5 minute walk away. I love to visit the famous Liepājas jūrmalas parks (Liepāja Seaside Park) at any time - in summer, in the evenings, and in winter. You can pick up a coffee from one of the kiosks, and just enjoy a leisurely stroll. The playground has equipment for all ages, from toddlers, to adults who want to work out. In winter, the small hills in the park make for great sledding! Our central location means you will be close to nearly every amenity Liepāja has to offer, and some guests opt to travel here without a car, and explore the town and surrounds on foot.
