I am happy because I am doing what I like - my hobbies are tourism and translating, During the season me and my husband are running the guest house, in winter time I take care of my private Language School. Our two sons with their families and friends enjoy spending time with us in Kolka during the season. Our guests like our house. Welcome to "Vitoli"!

Property info

Kolka is a famous place for bird watchers in Spring and Autumn. During the season guests may order freshly smoked fish, as well as Latvian sauna and classical massage. (The sauna and massage should be ordered one day in advance). You may watch the sun rising and setting from one point standing on Kolka Cape, which lies on the borderline between Riga Bay and the Baltic Sea. This is the right place for those who love nature and silence.

Neighborhood info

It is a calm and soothing place. Nature tourists will enjoy it very much. Two options for swimming - Riga Bey and the open sea (local people call them the Big sea and the Small sea). Tourists may visit the local Livonian exhibition (close to the guest house), Kolka Cape (2,5km form the guest house), Antlers' Museum (8km), Slitere Beacon (25km) or have a trip in the neighbouring Livonian villages with authentic samples of houses placed along the sea shore. Our guests may order brakfast. During the season there is also a cafe nearby (100m) and another one on the Cape. Once a week the camp site (1,5km) hostess offers tourists to taste our national bukstinu porridge. There are 2 shops (100m and 300m). For kinds we can offer a sand box, playing darts, badminton or novus table game in the guest house, and certainly -- healthy walks in the forest and along the beach or bykes for more distant travels (available for rent).
