Holiday home Jūrmalas Priedes provides comfortable and quiet accommodation in lush pine forest just 150 m from sandy Apšuciems beach. The beach is far away from city crowds, pollution and noise - you will meet only few people there even on hot summer days. Holiday home consists of two parts that are not connected inside. Left part consists of one bedroom apartment that comfortably hosts up to 4 adults (double bed and convertible sofa) and has full size kitchen, flat screen TV, bathroom with shower cabin and WC. Right part is a studio type apartment, which can host up to 3 more persons, and also has a wood heated sauna, billiards, convertible to pingpong (NEW!) or diner table, separate WC, shower and cold water bucket. In high season (June - August) Holiday home can be only rented as a whole (perfect for families with grandparents and family friends), whereas in low season each part can be rented separately. Entire home is very modern, equipped with heated floors to make you stay comfortable at any weather conditions. Should you have any more questions, do not hesitate contact me for additional information prior to booking. We will be glad to answer them!
Surrounding pine forest is exceptionally rich in blueberries, lingonberries and various kinds of mushrooms. You will enjoy long strolls both by the beach and in the forest.
