At first, the building was built as a German gymnastic association hall of fame or also know as Schiller Hall. It was a very beautiful, long one-storey building. Between the wars, it became a Latvian youth association home. There they offered orchestra, dance, and drama club. Around 1950, the building started being used for driving school activities, which is still active today. Today the building is used mostly as a residential building!
I love my wife and our four children. Still active in sports and enjoy music.
Kuldiga Kalna street apartaments accommodation is located in historic old town Kuldiga, close to the city attractions: Ventas Rumba- the widest natural waterfall in Europe, 249 m (0.6 km away), Alekšupīte waterfall- currently the highest, 4.15 m, waterfall in Latvia (0.5 km away), the city garden (0.4 km away) and the Town Hall Square (0.1 km away). Within a short walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants. Included in some of the apartments are a refrigerator, tea kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. There are a flat screen televisions with cable channels. The bathrooms includes a shower equipped with complimentary toiletries. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. Also included are wifi and a parking space. Upon request and for an extra charge, in some of the apartments there is an opportunity to use the sauna.
