Property info

40 Saules is a five minute walk from the center of town and a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are bistros and markets very close by. All units are brand new with need IKEA furniture. We're doing our best to be the best. Please come stay!

Neighborhood info

Ventspils is a lovely city with a European Blue Flag beach and countless parks and activities for kids. In the winer there's even a ski hill! Hats off to our fearless Mayor Lembergs for that one. It's even called Lemberg's Hat!
