Virtuve aprīkota ēdienu gatavošanai:elektriskā plīts, cepeškrāsns, trauku mazgājamā mašīna, mikroviļņu krāsns un citi virtuves piederumi. Vannas istabā novietota arī veļas mazgājamā mašīna. Dzīvoklis atrodas Liepājas ezera krastā, blakus putnu novērošanas tornis. Attīstīta sabiedriskā infrastruktūra. Attīstīts veikalu tīkls: Rimi, Maxima, Lidl, Jusk, 200-300m attālumā.
