Neighborhood info

Kasbah Africa is located on the side of the Azzaden Valley with sweeping views of the Takerkhort Nature Reserve, High Atlas Peaks and Azzaden River. The Azzaden Valley is 15 km long and is wonderful place for walking with numerous unspoiled Berber villages, orchards, terraced fields and olive groves. The nearest restaurant is 5 km away in Ouirgane so you will need your own transport or we can hire a taxi for you. Asni is the nearest local town for shopping which has a busy Saturday local market (20 mins drive away). Our local area is very safe, it is remote, in the middle of nature so please don't expect lots of action. It is a spot to relax, unwind and appreciate nature in its rawest form. Kids can enjoy nature trails, learning about birds, local wildlife and Berber traditions but most importantly they can be encouraged to 'unplug' and spend time interacting with the family - cards, chess, backgammon, draughts, darts and monopoly are available.
