Villa 2A is located 5 minutes north of Marrakech, in a very quiet and secure residence: the River Palm residence. It offers a living area of 250m2 and a garden terrace of 150m2 with a large swimming pool (10mX3.50m). Its spacious living room (80m2), bright and comfortable (living room, fireplace, connected TV, speakers), is open to the swimming pool by large bay windows. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom with shower and toilet: a 35m2 bedroom-suite upstairs opening onto a large panoramic terrace, and two 15m2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The Villa's kitchen is fully equipped (ovens, dishwasher, American fridge, appliances, etc.). After the Riad Dar Thalge in the Medina, then the "M-Quartz" apartment in the Majorelle district, our new project was born in Marrakech: the rehabilitation of a Villa in the Palmeraie district. Acquired in April 2022, our brand new "Villa 2A" has undergone major transformations and renovations for almost a year. It is now complete, and we will therefore have the pleasure of being able to share it!

Villa 2A is located in the "River Palm" residence, Palmeraie district at the beginning of the road to Casablanca, 5 minutes from Marrakech (4 km and 6 minutes from the Marjane shopping center and the Guéliz district). It is a very quiet, well-vegetated and secure residence (permanent guarding, controlled access), which offers a few local shops, a mini golf course, a fitness and bodybuilding center, and many large swimming lagoons.
