A deposit of 1000 MAD per room per night is required during Check-In to guarantee any additional costs (Minibar, laundry etc...).

Payments by bank checks are not accepted.

Booking preferences (floor, connecting rooms etc…) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability during check-in.

Guests are asked to submit their personal ID or passport upon arrival.

Guests of Muslim faith and travelling as a couple will be asked to submit their marriage certificate upon arrival.

For minors traveling unaccompanied by their parents, a parental authorization duly completed and signed is required to proceed to check-in.

For your own safety & comfort, it is prohibited to use the following items in the Hotel lobby and restaurants: Balls, Bikes, Scooters, Roller skates, Skateboards and Hoverboards.

Guests are not allowed to bring the following items to the hotel: Hookah, Food, Electric stove and Speakers.

It is strictly forbidden to reserve deckchairs.

The hotel offers a babysitting service. Hence, it is strictly forbidden to use the external babysitting service if the personal babysitter is not a hotel resident.

Pets are not allowed in the resort January 1st 2023 onwards.

As of January 1st,2023, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort will no longer have a baby club service for children aged 3 months to 3 years old.

Guests will be able to bring their own babysitter if they wish, subject to booking a room. External babysitters will not be accepted or allowed to access the Resort if they are not residents.

The babysitting service is still available at the kids club for a fee and is provided by our skilled staff

Access to the kids club access has been revised to 3 years old instead of 4 years old.

Access to the kids’ clubs is strictly subject to prior reservation upon availability.

The Free Shuttle Service is provided according to a fixed schedule; however, shuttle times may change without prior notice. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for all complimentary shuttle. For bookings, please reach out to our Guest Services or Reservations team. This free shuttle service is exclusively available from Casablanca Mohamed V Airport.

Please note that for any booking that includes a stay over New Year’s Eve (December 31st, 2025/2026), please note that the New Year’s Eve dinner is mandatory with an advanced payment. Our reservations team will contact you by email or phone to present the available options.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
