First off the staff was really friendly and helpful, their English was also top notch. Then our room was a good size, had a nice balance between modern and design of a riad. We had a personal bathroom which is clean and very functional.

This place is characterized by calm and comfort, it is newly designed, as it is located in the center of the old city and near the historical monuments of the city of Marrakech, as well as the historical landmark is an Islamic religious complex "Zawiya" in Marrakech, Morocco. For the shrine of Abu al-Abbas al-Sabti, who died in 1204 and is the most famous of the seven men of Marrakech ever, the zawiya was originally located outside the city walls, near the former northern gate of Bab Taghzut, but the walls were later extended to include the growing neighborhood around it. The architectural complex itself has evolved and changed over time as well, and features major buildings from the Saadi era in particular. The neighborhood of the Abbasid Zawiya is located north of the old city of Marrakech and outside the Almoravid wall, and is named after its burial place, the righteous saint Abu al-Abbas Sidi Ahmed bin Jaafar al-Sabti, the dean of the saints and the most famous men of Marrakech. The majority of its residents are from the Rehamna, who lived in the north of the neighborhood due to its proximity to Bab al-Khamis leading to the Rehamna tribes, and this part of the neighborhood is characterized by its Bedouin character
Communicate more effectively with guests to provide a better customer experience. Effective communication helps build trust and loyalty between a hotel and its guests, which can lead to repeat business and positive reviews. It also helps ensure that guests are aware of all the services and amenities available to them, as well as any changes or updates to hotel policies. Additionally, effective communication can help resolve any issues or complaints guests may have in a timely manner.
Through the alleys of the Abbasid corner, the visitor will contemplate the urban space of the shrine of Abu al-Abbas al-Sabti, which remained a destination for a group of visitors to enjoy the blessings of the righteous saint and the miracles that he was distinguished by. He will find that it represents a miniature image of the medieval Islamic city imprinted with the Andalusian character, through the interweaving of the fabric of that succession of buildings, lines and urban features of most of the countries that ruled Morocco, and the interaction with this space of complex behaviors of an audience living on the threshold of the third millennium AD. Bab Taghzout is the main entrance to the Abbasid Zawiya district, and the shrine of “Sidi Bel Abbes” is the most famous shrine of the Seven Men in Marrakech and the most visited by Moroccans and a number of visitors from different parts of Morocco. The visitor turns right and finds himself entering a second door, and turns left to enter a third door that leads to the Souk Lamjadliyin, the Saadi Mosque, whose northern door opens onto some alleys, reaching a square that includes a group of houses similar to “beniqat”. The shrine building, which the visitor ends up at after passing through those stations, which are all considered the sanctuary of Abu al-Abbas al-Sabti, is separated from each other by a door with an arch in the shape of a horseshoe, and to the right and left of the person entering, some paths open, and all of this embraces the gardens of the Abbasid Zawiya and its existing and sagging floors, all kneeling humbly like those seeking refuge at the foot of the shrine, which is considered the first nucleus of the Abbasid Zawiya district.
