Fattah is professional musician and a tour leader. He goes back ad forth between the USA and Morocco. Fattah worked in tourism for the last 14 years, and noticed that most of his clients look for cultural, off the beaten path experience of Morocco. The problem he used to run into is lack of good accomodations in rural areas. Then, with his family, they built a luxurious Villa/Riad in the countryside, so that travelers would stay there and experience the authentic non-touristy Morocco at least for a small period of time. It has been the highlight of his clients, now he decided to open the Villa to the public.

This is a luxurious Villa/Riad in the countryside in the middle of an olive orchard. Away from the hussle and bustle of the cities, yet only 1h30min drive from the beach in Essaouira, 1h45min from Agadir, 1h30min from Marrakech. Overlooking a valley, with olive and pomegranate orchards. It is set in the western foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. We offer guided excursions to the mountains and hiking. We offer private concerts of local music and most importantly, authentic homemade Moroccan cuisine, and cooking classes. All upon request with additional charges. The Villa is in a rural setting with easy access from the main highway. If you are looking to experience non-touristic, authentic Morocco, this is the perfect place for you. Your stay will be a retreat in luxury

Neighborhood info

The valley of Ait Hadi is a string of connected villages on both banks of Arroyo (Ouadi). The valley is known for it's pomegranate and olive groves. It is accessible via a paved road, off the main highway, that connects all of these villages. There are plenty of areas for hiking. There is small village center with grocery stores, a pharmacy and a gas station. It is safe to walk around and meet people. Not far from major cities like Marrakech, Agadir or Essaouira.
