Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Location: Our villa is located on the road to Fez, just 20 minutes from Marrakech. It offers a quiet and private stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough to explore Marrakech's attractions. Included Services: Room cleaning is included every four days. Laundry service is not included and is not included in the stay. Laundry is subject to a surcharge. Clean towels and bed linen are provided and changed regularly. -Due to legal obligations, copies of passports or IDs are required and must be communicated via Booking messaging after booking approval and prior to check in to the listing. -Compliance with laws in Morocco in matters of morality, any person of Moroccan nationality accompanied by a person of another sex or belonging to a group comprising People others will be required to present a copy of the marriage certificate via booking messaging after the booking is approved and before check- in, in order to be able to access the listing. -If needed, the cleaning lady must be able to access the property in order to clean. Travellers cannot refuse access, only a reasonable schedule can be agreed upon. Additional Rules: Please respect the property and the tranquility of the area. Overnight stays are permitted only for registered guests. Parties or loud music are prohibited without prior approval. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
