Villa Kenza is exclusively available for rental to responsible adults. Groups of men wishing to rent the villa for any illegal activities (drugs, prostitution, etc.) will be immediately expelled from the villa in the presence of the gendarmerie, and a formal complaint will be filed. Naturally, no refund will be issued.

Married Moroccan couples are required to present a valid marriage certificate.

Additional Information:

From May 1st to October 31st, the additional charge for the heated swimming pool will be 50 euros per day payable upon arrival.

Outside of this period, you can request a heated pool; you will just need to let us know in advance, and the cost of this option will be €50 per day.

A fee of €50 per person, per night applies for any additional guest wishing to stay at the villa.
