Amid the Argan forest and overlooking the great Atlantic, Wilde Tigmi is a unique Berber home and (surf) retreat location, just 5 km from the village of Tafedna. We, a Dutch-Berber surf couple, invite you to share our intimate getaway. Staying with us offers a comfortable, authentic, off-the-beaten-path experience. If you’re seeking nature, waves, and a slower pace of life, this is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. The Space ~ Our stylishly decorated Berber house features four rooms arranged around a central courtyard. Three rooms have private bathrooms, while one shares the communal shower and toilet. All rooms have access to the salon, where we serve local food, snacks, and drinks. Whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer visit, joining a surf retreat, or hosting your own retreat, Wilde Tigmi offers a unique setting with the backdrop of the mountains and the view of the ocean.

Our guests come for many reasons. Some enjoy a holiday by the sea, others improve their surfing with Jamal (owner of Surf Jamal Tafedna and professional surf instructor). Some use the time to focus on writing, creative projects, or come on a personal retreat with Fenja, a writer and trust & purpose guide.  Wilde Tigmi is about 5 km from Tafedna. Most of the road is sandy but accessible with a regular car. The last stretch can be a bit bumpy as we’re nestled in the Argan forest, but we’ll send you the exact location to guide you right to the front door. Arriving on foot
 While we recommend arriving by car, it’s also possible to visit without one. Many guests get around on foot once here. If you’re coming by public transport, shared taxis can take you to Tafedna. From there, it’s a scenic 50-minute walk to our house, or we can arrange a pick-up.
