Apartment Diamond is a new apartment located in the urban area Central Point and the exclusive part of the city with beautiful surroundings, multitude of restaurants and bars. It is suitable for families, business travelers and tourists who want to visit our city. Neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Apartment is exceptionally clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, an oven, stove, dishwasher and a combi fridge-freezer. It is equipped in a way so that after long hours of travel tired guests can readily rest in a comfortable queen size bed. 5G WiFi is provided and has a speed of 94 Mbps. View from the balcony is a beautiful green garden area. Guests staying more than 5 days in the apartment have the opportunity of free cleaning service. Apartment building is connected to a garage with a designated parking place, but parking can also be found outside of the building.
We intend to warmly welcome all of our guests, but if because of business or private reasons we are not able to do so, we immediately provide our guests with all necessary information for entering the apartment by themselves easily. We wish for our guests to feel comfortable and cozy in our apartment, and they are free to contact us anytime. If needed, we can book a taxi or a Rent-a-Car for transport from and to the airport. In addition, a ride to the Skadar Lake or the Monastery Ostrog can be booked, as well as the bike renting service with a fee.
Two shopping malls (Delta City and City Mall) are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, with worldwide brand shops, a supermarket, restaurants and a cinema. Across the apartment there is a big cosmetics store. Fast food restaurant Grill Gurman, food delivery, restaurants (Cascada Lounge bar, Chef's Treasures, Sicilija, Plan B), as well as a Chinese restaurant Zheng He are all within walking distance. Not far from the Central Point neighborhood the Business Centre Capital Plaza can be found, where Italian restaurant Bonella and Turkish restaurant Mayaza are located. Across Capital Plaza a beautiful park can be found. Apartment Diamond is 150m away from the Temple of Christ's Resurrection.
