The studio apartment is located in a new building in a quiet part of the village. It is beautifully decorated, the building is cascaded, so that there are business premises below the studio apartment. It is very comfortable and bright, and also has a terrace that is ideal for enjoying beautiful days. It is an ideal place for singles or young married couples.
Durres is a settlement in Podgorica where there is a railway station, a bus station and the main post office of Montenegro. Elementary school ’21. maj' is 500m away, kindergarten 'Đina Vrbica' is 700m, Middle School of Economics 'Mirko Vešović' 1.2km, Mall of Montenegro 1.0km. In Durrës, there is the restaurant 'Nino's grill', the household equipment store 'Cungu&Co.', the store 'Linda', the bakery 'Inpek', 'Mill Pop', the dance school 'Buena Vista', numerous boutiques, cafes and hair salons. * Bus line L-54B departs from the bus station. The last stop is Donja Gorica. Lines L-2 and L-3 connect Durres with Toliš and Mareza, L-6 with Zlatica, and line L-6A with Zagorica and Stara Zlatica.
