The modernly equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly built building with an elevator. The apartment is only 1.4 km from the center, and 900 m from the heart of Podgorica - Stara Varosi. The apartment is located right next to the modern private clinic Codra and the Turkish Embassy, and the Chinese Embassy is 200m away. In the vicinity of the apartment there are markets, pharmacies and playgrounds, and what separates it from all the others is the wonderful view of the Ljubovic promenade, which is used for rest and recreation. The modernly equipped apartment has a modern kitchen, balcony and bathroom, flat TV, cable channels, internet and air conditioning, as well as a washing machine. The guests of the apartment have at their disposal a terrace that offers a view of the hill and the Ljubovic hills.
The Ljubović settlement is located on the southern side of Podgorica at the foot of the hill of the same name. Thanks to the realization of numerous projects, Ljubović has become one of the city's urban districts. A large number of new residential buildings with apartments of all types at affordable prices, the proximity of the city center, the Ljubović promenade and picnic area, the proximity of primary schools and kindergartens, and many shops, services and restaurants make this an ideal location for young couples. The proximity of the hill with its promenade and large green area filled with pine forest makes it an excellent opportunity for excursions with children and walks with pets.
