Apartman(garsonjera) Obilex se na nalazi u ulici Veljka Vlahovica br.22, u mirnom dijelu grada, na Starom aerodromu preko puta Fudbalskog saveza Crne Gore, u zgradi sa 3 sprata. Apartman se nalazi 2km od hotela Hilton i samog centra grada. Od pravca Hiltona prema apartmanu na nekih 1km sa lijeve strane nalazi se bezinska pumpa Lukoil. U blizini se nalazi dosta kafica i Erste banka kao i mnoge druge. U zgradi preko puta mozete naci i pekaru kao i kafe bar " Cimet". Apartman je renoviran i prvi put se stavlja na raspolaganje gostima i u funkciju izdavanja. Radovi su zavrseni u julu mjesecu 2023 godine.
