The idea for creation of MI RENTAL COMPANY was born at a distance of 5231 km from Podgorica. We wanted to bring what we have learned in many years of experience and working in luxury hospitality around the world, into a company where guests will have everything they need for a pleasant stay. Out of love for this area, after many years, we decided to return back home and start our story, which we are still building with your help. Thank you for trusting and helping us in our story.

This new studio apartment is located in the Podgorica's downtown area where you can find a lot of restaurants,cafes and bars within 1km of distance. It is recognized as one of the most attractive residential areas in Podgorica. One of the famous streets(Bokeska street) known as a good nightlife is away just 5 minutes walking distance. As well,City Square,pharmacies,hotels,shops,boutiques can be reached by walk within a minutes.

Neighborhood info

Location of the apartment is in downtown far 2 minutes by walk from the main street(Bulevar Ivana Crnojevica). Apartment is located behind restaurant Ambasada and within a 1km there is a supermarket(C Market),bakery. Neighbourhood is quiet with a lot of nearby parks and greenery.
