U strogom centru Podgorice, u dijelu grada poznatijem kao gradić Pejton, dostupan stan za izdavanje pogodan za turiste i druge posjetioce koji dolaze da se upoznaju sa bogatim kulturno-istorijskim, gastronoskim i drugim sadržajima glavnog grada Crne Gore. Condo se nalazi na 5 minuta hoda od autobuske i zeljezničke stanice, kao i na 10 minuta od centra grada. Condo posjeduje dnevnu sobu, ugradnu kuhinju, kupatilo, kao i dvije terase. Obezbijedjeno parking mjesto. U neposrednoj blizini, nalazi se i staro gradsko jezgro Stara varoš, koja odiše duhom starih vremena. Takodje, u blizini je i Galerija Rista Stijovića, vrijedan legat ovog poznatog umjetnika. Dok se na drugoj strani rijeke Ribnice proteže još jedan vrijedan kulturni objekat, Kuslevova kuća. Možete posjetiti i istorijski kompleks iz Turskog doba, Banja, koja se nalazi ispod mosta na Ribnici. Tu je i Prirodnjački muzej, koji se nalazi iza stambene jedinice, gdje možete pogledati prirodnu i kulturnu baštinu Crne Gore. Lokalna Zelena pijaca je na 5min hoda, a u blizini su dostupni i brojni nacionalni restorani, kao i brojni kafei. Uži dio grada i sadržaje koje nudi možete obići laganim hodom i uživati u raznovrsnoj ponudi.
