Near the apartments, only 50 meters is the building from the Ottoman Empire known as Sahat Kula from the 18th century as well as the Osmanagic Mosque XVIII. There are also important historical monuments from the Roman Austro-Hungarian Franciscans and the German Empire near one of the most famous Balkan restaurants the national cuisine called Pod Volat is only 150 m away is the biggest market in Podgorica and the building itself has a dirt basketball poligon free parking lot, a place of boutique of Italian turkish and serbian confinement, cozmetiks perfumery, super market and a lot of dirty betting shops at 50 m there is the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey and the Chinese Embassy at 400 meters from the apartment is the American Embassy with the object itself there is a bicycle trail with which you can visit almost all Podgorica to 200 m is a favorite hill and walking path Ljubović Itd etc.
