Apartment Nika is 2.5 rooms apartment,Equped with all new modern furniture and: 1 King bedroom,Living room with 2 large beds,dining area,Small openroom with 2 beds, bathroom,1 balcony with table and sitting area,Extra sound and thermo.isolation and windows,located on the 1 floor of the 5 floor building south-east -west oriented vary,vary bright with the friendly environment at the start point of the main walking street St.Clement of Ohrid-on the first floor from the building next to the "Main Sparkasse bank",so you do not need a car for the city,everything is near around 15-20min. on foot. The building is 18 years old,but the apartment got complete restored in 03.2018 and upgraded in 2020 and in 2022 . Has an great view of Samoil Fortress,Old town,street view,Galicica mountain from the balcony,bedroom and living room. The Old Bazar market,Bacary"Zito leb" ,Exc.office ,Taxi cars,Kam Big Market,all are across the street. The lake shore is only 5-8min away on foot. The night clubs like "HAVANA,LIQUID,KADMO,JAZZ INN" ,Restaurants "DALGA,DAMAR,ST.SOFIA"are 10 min away on foot,or if you take a taxi you will arrive in 3minutes. City beach like Saraiste,Potpes,Kaneo etc. is only 15-20min on foot. We can provide a free information of city and manage bike or car rental,bus information,tourist guide etc free of charge for any phone call. We want you to feel like at home.
